Whenever I try to accelerate really quickly, it comes out. Whenever I try to go up a hill, it comes on. The brake fluid is at the level its suppose to be at, but it does seem like the hydraulic system is messing up because sometimes the brake is loose.

My HID lights are not bright?
I just installed a hid kit on my mazda 3 sedan, but dont look bright. Why? Did I do something wrong? They work but not bright. The color is 10K. I have a kit installed on my camry also 10K and they are way brighter than the mazda 3. Did i connect the red and black wires wrong on the harness or something? Any help would be greatful. Thanks

I’m 17, female (given the name) and I always carry a pocket knife with me. Especially if I’m out at night, or downtown. The blade is 3 inches. I carry it for protection, because I have had recent trauma which caused me to have surgery. I can’t very well kick someone and run right now, so definitely have been carrying one. My question is; if I ended up getting either pulled over, or stopped (just walking) and I had a knife, would I be arrested or fined? I will discontinue my use of the weapon if it’s illegal and just make sure I have my boyfriend with me who has his weapons permit. I really just want to make sure I don’t get in trouble.

I think its the ballast so I opened it up and cleaned out all of the dust. I plugged her back in and the fan comes on but no light. Any ideas?

Why does my Alpine Amplifier in my car keep turning on and off?
I have had a system in my truck for close to 2 years, and it has always worked very well (Besides a few mishaps with the ground coming loose). The only problem’s that I have experienced have arisen in recent day’s. I have a Kenwood deck, Alpine Amplifier, Rockford Fosgate Capacitor, 2 12 inch Kicker CVR’s, and the power chord is I believe 4 gauge if i’m correct. The system has never had any problems since it was installed (besides the aforementioned), and I am starting to get frustrated with why it will not work. It’s especially annoying because the Amp will be off, and i’ll try to troubleshoot stuff, and nothing works. Then I get in my car and start driving, and sure enough about 10 minutes later the amplifier turns on again?
The following is an overall synopsis of the problems I have been trying to deal with. I pray that somebody out there has an idea as to what is wrong, and can maybe point me in the right direction.
So when I turn the car on, I turn on the deck, and the amplifier will turn on signaled by the blue light in the middle of the amplifier itself. The bass will work for about 10 to 15 seconds, and then the bass will shut off, and the music will continue to play. The light on the amp is sometimes on, sometimes it’s off completely, and other times the light is very dim. I have checked the power chord and the fuse is fine, as well as all other fuses on the amp and around etc…I checked the ground wire, and made sure that it was properly attached, but still I get nothing. The subs turn on for a few seconds when I first start the car, and only after it’s been sitting for a while, and then they don’t work at all. The most recent issue is that the amp was on, and the subs were not working.
Another user said to do away with the Capacitor all together, and that 9 times out of 10 that solves the problem, because they’re just a waste. I would really appreciate any help/guidance on this issue, and for anything else I can try next.

Thanks for the advice, I just checked the remote wire, and it was fine in the back of the deck, and it was securely attached to the amp….I could literally just get rid of the cap, and it wouldn’t kill my alternator or anything?….Only problem is i’d be unsure as to how to hook up the wires that are all going into and from the cap, directly to the amp?

Were long distance but I’m moving to the same town S him next week, only prob is..well, we used to talk all the time text, skype phone etc. ..now I’m lucky to even get a message from him at 3 pm I tried telling him last night that it would be good if there was a tad more communications between us, and he said I get mad to easy..so I really don’t wanna bring it up again..
